A small team runs ICRR: editorial, technical, and communications. The section editorships are being appointed ahead of Issue 1.

Ayla Ahmadova
Founded the journal and leads editorial direction, scope, and final decisions on submissions.
Kanan Hajiyev
Builds and maintains the journal platform, submission workflow, and article archive.
Gunel Ahmadova
Leads the journal's branding, marketing, and communications through digital content, campaigns and outreach.

Runs the review cycle, correspondence, and production schedule.
Oversees review and decisions in the sciences.
Oversees review in economics, finance, and organisational research.
Handles doctrinal, comparative, and regulatory submissions.
Oversees history, literature, philosophy, and the arts.
Oversees psychology, sociology, anthropology, and politics.
House style, references, and proofing of accepted manuscripts.

Editors recuse themselves from any manuscript involving their own institution, supervisor, or collaborators. Decisions rest on the review of the work itself; the managing editor arbitrates where opinions differ.
