About the post
The HR Specialist supports ICRR’s volunteer team throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. The role focuses on coordinating applications, maintaining clear communication with team members, and helping ensure a structured and positive experience for members.
What the holder does
- Support the recruitment and selection of new ICRR team members.
- Assist with onboarding and welcoming new members to the team.
- Maintain internal team records and HR-related documentation.
- Communicate with team members regarding organizational matters and follow up when needed.
- Support team engagement and help create a positive, collaborative working environment.

- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in human resources, recruitment, and team management.
- Ability to communicate professionally, handle information with discretion, and meet deadlines.
